2005 Benetrau 423 

Introduced in the early 2000s, the 423 was designed by the renowned naval architect Groupe Finot and is part of Beneteau's Oceanis series, known for its comfortable cruising capabilities and modern design.

The deck layout is designed for ease of handling and comfortable sailing.It features a spacious cockpit with ample seating and a large cockpit table for outdoor dining and relaxation. It is designed for ease of handling with a furling mainsail and genoa, and it's sail controls are led back to the cockpit, making it easy to single-hand or short-handed sail with ease. The sail plan is well-balanced for comfortable cruising. 

Below deck, Khira offers a well-appointed and comfortable interior suitable for extended cruising.It features a spacious saloon with a dining area, a fully equipped galley with modern appliances, and multiple two cabin layout. The owner's cabin forward and guest cabin aft.

2021: New Rigging including inner forestay and new North Sail staysail. New main halyard and jib sheets. New Beneteau skylight. New forestay chainplate. New Raymarine autopilot. Refrigeration recharged. Full survey performed in Port Allen, Kauai.

2020: Awl Grip boot stripe, new starter and ignition, bottom paint. Sails completely re-stitched. High water audio alarm installed. Transmission damper plate. Serviced and replaced. Bottom paint.

2019: ICom AIS, COMAR i300 wireless, 3 x 110 watt panels and 2 x 55 watt panels with solar chargers and monitors. New 4D 200 AMP AGM battery. New Bomar alternator and stainless steel exhaust elbow. New Group 31 AGM starter. New Isotemp stainless water heater. New Bimini. Stern cabin lee-cloth installed.

2018: Rocna 25 kg anchor, 275 feet 3/8 chain and nylon rode. Lewmar chain stopper. New Jabsco fresh water head. Lewmar windlass foot and helm controls.

2017: All new Grocco bronze thruhulls and bottom paint. Alpine stereo head unit and speakers. LED cabin lighting white/red.

2016: Lifelines and macerators. New water pump.

SWITLIK 6 person MD2 Offshore Liferaft. Needs recertification.

Sails include Main, jib, new North staysail, storm jib.

Hawaiian State Inspections included.
