Roomy aft cabin aft cockpit motor yacht ! 

New carpet, low hour diesels that have been recently gone through. The mechanic serviced all the coolers, turbos, heat exchangers, hoses and anything else that needed to be done, 19K invested in the mechanics. The boat was hauled 6 months ago, the bottom was sanded, and new epoxy bottom was completed. Shaft seals, rudder seals, serviced ball valves, new trim tabs and anything else needed done was done. Over 20K invested on the bottom during the haul out. 

The heads have been upgraded to electric quite flush freshwater heads with all new holding tank hoses and new macerator. New propane stove and oven, new tvs, new battery charger, new aft queen mattress, new aft deck furniture and a full enclosure with canvas and windows in good condition. 

The owner has set the boat up as a nice 2nd home when they are in the state but wanted her to be able to go to the islands as well. The slip may be able to be assumed with a qualified applicant. 

Price adjusted due to the generator is not working at this time and seller doesn't use it! Turns over but won't start?
