2009 Marquis 500 Sport Bridge

Step aboard on the teak-soled swim step that provides two entries to the spacious cockpit, where the aft-deck entertainment area includes an electric BBQ, mini-fridge, sink and ice maker. There is a large bench seat that slides to provide greater space in the cockpit when desired. Access to the foredeck is via combing steps from the cockpit to walkways along the cabin sides. There is a large sun pad on the foredeck and stainless steel railings & handholds provide safe movement.

There is a molded staircase from the cockpit to the Sport Bridge, with stainless steel railings surrounding a cushioned sun pad aft of the seating area. Two swiveled captains chairs are at the helm with an L-shaped settee with small table to port. There is a bimini cover providing shade up here.

The salon opens up to the cockpit via two large doors and creates a single level including the galley forward that becomes a large entertaining and relaxing area. The lower helm is to port. 

Down three steps to the stateroom area, with a double berth cabin to port, having a door to the shared head with separate enclosed shower. To port is a cabin with twin berths. Both these cabins have hanging locker storage and drawer storage. There are ports providing light in the hull-sides and opaque overhead lighting, along with mood and reading lights.

The Master Suite has an island queen berth with hanging locker storage both port and starboard. There is a bulkhead mounted TV to port and access to the en-suite head to starboard. The head has an enclosed shower, Vacuflush toilet and plenty of storage.

Current owners have kept this boat updated by adding and replacing gear as needed. Both Vacuflush Heads have been rebuilt, new pumps have been installed and all black pipe has been replaced. There is a new Smart TV in the Salon, SONOS Sound System, Starlink Internet access, lithium battery upgrades, new trash compactor, and a newer convection oven/microwave. The raw-water heat pump has been replaced. All cushions, interior and exterior have been replaced in the past five years. A custom drawer was installed under the helm seating. The exterior cushions got new canvas covers and are in excellent condition. All bedding were replaced with high-end latex mattresses. The IPS Pods have all been replaced. 

The boat is regularly used by knowledgeable owners who take their boating seriously and have equipped and maintained X-TA-SEA so it is ready to go at a moment's notice. You'll want to make an appointment to see her, as she's likely to be on the ocean as she is to be in her slip.
