Rybovich is the world's finest builder of sportfishing yachts and is synonymous with absolutely the finest workmanship, quality and originality.
"Legend" is the second hull of the RYBOVICH 37 Sportfishers and is the oldest known example of this particular model. "Legend" underwent a ground-up restoration in 1991 during which time the exterior of the hull (except transom) and the interior of the hull were sheathed in fiberglass and resin. At the same time all new frames and floors were installed. The result being this vessel is in exceptional condition.
The vessel does have an intrinsic antique value being the oldest vessel of her design.

Construction
Semi-displacement planning hull with raked bow and transom stern. Mahogany plank on frame with fiberglass sheathing inside and out.
1 1/4" X3" on 12" centers with 1"X1 1/2" oak ribs between, oak floors on 12" centers. Bulkheads are Marine-grade mahogany plywood. Fasteners are silicon bronze screws and bolts. The frames and stringers are oak. The decking is Teak.

Engines
1991 Twin 6 cylinder Cummins engines,fresh water cooled through heat exchangers. Fuel Injection, twin disc "MG-506A" with 1.5:1 reduction gearing. Two 12-volt blowers.
