The survey reports good wood and no significant problems, and it has been reported that the bottom was refastened in October of 2003. New items include new head, new refrigerator, new stereo system, new batteries, mircowave and TV/VCR. The engines run well and have had recent maintaince and upgrades.

Accommodations and Layout
Forward is a private cabin with v-berth. to port in the main cabine is a settee and the head. To starboard is the galley and dinette which converts to a double berth. Headroom is about 6' 2". Interior wood needs some work but is generally in good condition. The galley has a stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressurized water, a microwave oven, and a built-in undercounter refrigerator which appears to be new. There is a new electric head and holding tank.
The cockpit is quite large with a hard top over the two helm seats. A canvas enclosure at the back of the hard top can be dropped down to enclose the helm area and there is a bimini over the rest of the cockpit. The canvas is in good shape.
Other features include a new stereo system with four cockpit speakers, a TV/VCR mounted in the main cabin, new batteries and a new battery charger.
Engine and Mechanical
Powered by twin Chrylser freshwater cooled engines with direct drive. The engines ran well when we moved the boat from Long Beach to Newport Beach in June. They appear to have been well maintained. The hour meters at the wheel show about 1070 hours but the engines may have been replaced (see below)
The follow items were reported by the previous owner and the yacht brokerage when the boat was for sale about two years ago but have not been verifed:
"Both engines were replaced and have new heat exchangers. There is approx. 30 hours on each engine. Recently replaced shut off valves, had both Velvet Drive tranmissions rebuilt, and replaced the exhaust system on both engines. Recently the fuel tanks were professionally polished. There is a new head and and new 16 gallon holding tank. The four batteries are new as well. The bottom was just refastened in October 03, as well as painted with anti fouling paint. All dry rot has been addressed and the exterior teak is varnished and finished to a shine."
