This 1965 Hatteras Double Cabin Motor Yacht with Detroit Diesel 6V53N with only 2160 hours has an all fiberglass construction and is in excellent condition. "Westway" is a single family owned yacht since she was built in 1965. Over the years there has been many upgrades including the Onan Generator with only 658 hours.

The "Westway" 41 foot Hatteras double cabin is designed for the true boating enthusiast and this yacht has every detail and every option to assure you of luxurious cruising and all the pleasures of a home afloat. The decorator designed interiors are beautiful, Yet practical and warm with storage space aplenty. She has the distinctive 1960 classic design making her a very comfortable family weekend vessel great for those long trips to Catalina Island as well as a great live aboard. This includes the 2016 AB 10" Inflatable with a 25 HP Yamaha outboard.

When you first step on the non-skid flush deck with removable exterior carpeting you notice immediately the spaciousness. And when you step down into the main salon you will be excited by this large living and entertaining area. The Main salon features a large pull out settee for extra sleeping and a high-low table for dining As you walk forward you step down to the full galley, forward of the galley is the double V-berth quest cabin. Aft of the main salon is the master cabin with two twin beds, one to port and one to starboard. There is a spacious full head off the aft main stateroom.

The Master Stateroom has a ten-drawer, built-in dresser with hinged mirror which opens to a lazarette and access to the escape hatch. This area provides storage for fenders, lines, etc as well as access to the steering components.  Built-in over-sized beds have polyfoam mattresses and storage compartments over each bed. In addition there are three large hanging clothes lockers.

The aft head is fully electric and is plumbed to it own holding tank. The head has a full shower with hot and cold pressure water and a large medicine cabinet with a mirror.

There is a spacious bow head which is opposite the galley. This head is puch button electric and is also plumbed to a separate holding tank. This lavatory has ample storage cabinets below the lavatory and counter with additional linen storage behind the medicine cabinet.
