Description
This is one of the boats that made Ericson's reputation, one of the best sailing boats ever made. She is in very good condition and has a 1980 diesel engine, dodger, roller furling, autopilot, wheel steering, a one year old mast and mainsail and other recent upgrades.

Accommodations and Layout
Nice interior, lots of wood, the upholstery is in good condition and there is 6' 2" of headroom.
Forward is a V-berth. Aft of the v-berth and to port is a head and to starboard is storage with a double door hanging locker. The main salon has an L-shaped settee to port with a removable table, and another settee to starboard. The galley is aft on either side of the companionway with a gimboled three burner propane stove and oven to port and a stainless sink and ice box to starboard.

Additional Comments
The boat is in very good condition. It is in charter with Windward Sailing, but has only been in charter for about eight months and has been kept up very well. A survey from April of 2001 is available.
