This boat is a great example of one of the most popular small trawler designs ever produced. In excellent condition in and out. There is a recent survey and all items on the survey have been completed.

Accommodations

The interior has lots of freshly varnished wood and is in excellent condition, as is the upholstery and other appointments. Teak parquet floors. Headroom is 6' 3". The large windows on all sides create a nice open feeling.

The forward cabin has a double berth with storage and drawers underneath and a double-wide hanging locker to port. To starboard is a head with shower. Up four steps is the main salon which also includes the lower helm and galley. The living area has an L-shaped settee/dinette to starboard with a drop-leaf table, and another settee to port. Five large drawers under the settees and cabinet with four more drawers provide plenty of additional storage.

Deck and Hull

The boat is hull number 209 and has the full-length Grand Banks skeg which provides protection and improves stability and handling. The hull has been surveyed and found to be sound. The decks were replaced five years ago. The cabin trunk was also refurbished at that time.

The large teak cockpit is quite large, about eight feet long and ten feet wide. The flybridge is similar in size with two forward facing helm seats forward and a large open area aft. There is a bimini over the flybridge and another over the cockpit, both are in excellent condition. A complete set of canvas covers for everything from railings to windows is in nearly new condition.

Engine and Mechanical

The six cylinder freshwater-cooled 120 hp Ford Lehman diesel will get around three gallons per hour at a seven knot cruising speed with a range of over 500 miles. Access to the engine is outstanding. Other features include an electric windlass with anchor chain and rode, a teak swimstep, and macerator/pumpout for the holding tank.
