Description
The Allied Seabreeze 35 Yawl were built tough and for speed.She is a fiberglass version of the famed racing yacht FINESTERRE, a three time winner of the Newport to Bermuda race. The Seabreeze is the same robust standards as the Allied Seawind, the first fiberglass boat to sail around the world. During this circumnavigation, the thick Allied hull was battered for 20 minutes by Pilot whales in the Indian Ocean with no damage reported.
A total of 135 Seabreeze's were built from 1963 to 1973 at the Allied factory in Catskill New York. The Seabreeze has a high aspect ratio centerboard for deep water with a long keel with 4,000 lbs of lead ballast making her stiff and weatherly in shallow water sailing with the centerboard completely housed. Heron has been owned by an experienced sailing family. Now available for a new captain and crew to create new offshore adventures.

Accommodations and Layout
Aft of the chain locker is a "V" berth and enclosed head. Aft to starboard is a hanging locker and drawers followed by a settee/berth combination. Aft of the settee is chart table/ice box combination. Opposite to port is an "L" shaped galley, with the engine access located between. Main cabin headroom is 6' 3" and 6' in the forward stateroom and head. The main salon and forward stateroom bunks are 6'6" long. The salon has two additional 6'6" berths along with the U-shaped dinette can be made ready for overnight guests. The shipshape appearance is enhanced by natural teak or Philippine mahogany trim.
