Most of the wood rails have been replaced and the wood deck is in good shape. The wood has not been varnished. Owner will allow $1200 toward bottom paint.

Accommodations and Layout
This sedan has a nice sized cockpit for fishing that you can set a table and four chairs and still have room to fish. Stepping inside, to port there are two bunks in a nice sized salon and an L-shaped setee to starboard. Forward is the galley to port. Forward down three steps is the Master suite with V-berth Queen and head. Two hanging lockers. Head room in the salon is about 6' 4".
The head has a portapottie, but there a large holding tank and all the plumbing is installed for a full head.
Galley
Double stainless sinks, Norcold refrigerator, three burner propane stove, Litton microwave. Abundant storage.
Electronics & Navigation
The lower station has a Benmar autopilot, two VHF radios and a compass. A handheld remote for the autopilot, a VHF radio, a fishfinder/depthsounder and a compass.

Deck and Hull
All teak deaking has been redone, non-skid is new, rails are new. Most of the wood is in very good condition but it has not been varnished. Huge flybridge/sundeck with a bimini over the seating in the forward portion. Other features include an electric windlass, rod holders and a bait tank on the swimstep.
Engine and Mechanical
Four cylinder 80 hp Ford Lehman with 2500 hours. In 2002 the transmission was serviced and new seals were installed. The engine water pump and fuel pump were also replaced.
