Accommodations
(2) Singles in the Vee berth W/ensuite head,up to main salon with the lower helm on the starboard side and the galley down the port side. The "L" shaped dinette is in the aft starboard corner with a large folding table that converts into a double berth. Across is a straight settee. Down into the aft cabin which has a double and single berth and a large head w/shower. Both heads have 12v electric macerator toilets.

Deck and Hull
Teak decks, flybridge, aft cabin, bimini for the fly bridge, covers for the hand rail and cap rail plus all the windows. There is an Ideal 12v windlass with a 33# Bruce anchor, 5/16 chain and 3/4 nlyon rode. Starboard side entry door, aft deck access to the aft cabin, dinghy stowage above the aft cabin. There is a teak swimstep and dive tank storage rack in the cockpit.
Engine and Mechanical
Twin 120hp Lehmans Port has 3256hrs and starboard has 1244hrs. The starboard engine was overhauled by a previous owner as a result of a course he was taking on diesel engine overhaul. There are two bilge pumps (1) manual, (1) 12v. The fuel and water tanks are aluminum and appear to be in good condition.
Comments
There is a 9'6" inflatable with a new Evinrude 3hp O/B. There is a normal alottment of safety equipment. This is a roomy 36 footer that sleeps 8
