Sleeps six in this well thought out interior plan. Very large master with v berth, extra large hanging locker and private head forward with vacu flush head and shower. Aft and up stairs to salon find lower helm to starboard. Next to the helm is a well hidden bar with space for glasses and bottles and accessories. Also find a chart desk at this helm also. Across to port find a well designed galley. Aft of galley is salon settee that converts to over and under berths. Across to starboard is located l shaped dinette that converts to sleep two more. exit salon door to large cockpit.
Galley
Galley finds stainless sinks, nice Magic Chef propane stove and oven, AC DC refrigerator, and microwave oven. Hot and cold pressurized water.

Benmar auto pilot, depth finder, loran, TV with VCR, 2 VHF radios. 2 Compass. Instrumentation at upper and lower helm stations.

Deck and Hull
Beautiful teak decks, electric windlas with ample chain and rode. Emergency tiller in lazarette. 12 V horn. Nice teak cockpit table. Full window screen covers and plenty of exterior canvas including rail and bridge covers. All bright work is nice and fresh. Bottom completely checked and fastened as needed and painted in '99. Exterior paint is also in excellent condition. Also find an overboard head pump system. Two fighting chairs on cockpit are excluded.

Unbelievably spotless engine room and equipment. All in keeping with her very low hours and pride of ownership.
