Description
Single cabin model in very nice condition, professionally maintained and cleaned and lightly used by current owner of 19 years, six cylinder Ford Lehman diesel, two 8D batteries. The teak deck is in good condition. A survey from 2003 is available.

Accommodations and Layout
The interior is very nice. The wood, upholstery and headliner are all in very good condiion, as is the teak parquet floor. Lots of varnished interior teak gives the boat a very warm feeling. Headroom is about 6' 4".
The main cabin has an L-shaped dinette/settee to port and another settee to starboard. The aft sliding door provides access to the cockpit. In the forward part of the main cabin is the galley to port and the lower helm to starboard. The galley has good counter space, an under-counter Norcold refrigerator, a three burner Magic Chef stove with an oven, and a stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressurized water. There is a second sliding door to the outside deck next to the helm. Between the forward and aft sections of the cabin there are a half dozen cabinets and drawers as well as a hanging locker providing plenty of storage. There are also built-in cabinets under both of the settees.
Forward and down three steps is the head and the forward cabin. The forward cabin has a comfortable v-berth with four opening ports and an overhead hatch. The head has an electric toilet and shower and is good sized. Across from the head is a hanging locker and an additional large storage locker.

Deck and Hull
The boat is in very good conditon inside and out. It is varnished regularly and the teak decks are in good condition. The upper bridge deck is quite large and is wide-open. Below there is a nice cockpit and wide sidedecks providing access to all sides of the boat and to the foredeck. There is a transom door to the teak swimstep. The bottom was last painted about two years ago and the water tank was replaced about ten years ago.
Engine and Mechanical
The boat is powered by an economical six cylinder Ford Lehman fresh water cooled diesel engine with about 3800 hours. The engine is clean and has been well-maintained. Access to the engine for maintenance is excellent.
