Description
This beautiful Cheoy Lee is in good condition, and was upgraded in 2002 with a new Yanmar diesel and new electronics. The bottom was recently painted in July of 2013.

Sleeps five with one stateroom forward. Rare plan-C layout with vee berths forward for two, hatch overhead and two opening ports. Storage under bunks and hanging locker. Enclosed head compartment to port with vanity & sink, H&C pressure water, shower, electric marine toilet with Y valve and holding tank, opening port. The main cabin features a convertible dinette to port that sleeps two, settee/single berth opposite. The galley is U-shaped athwartships across the back of the cabin, new Corian tops, gimballed propane three burner stove/oven, single S.S. sink with H&C pressure water, large molded ice box, lots of storage outboard and below counters. A large overhead hatch midships provides ventilation while large fixed port lights provide excellent light and visibility, nav-station to starboard. The cabin floor is varnished Teak & Holly, all cabinetry and bulkheads varnished Teak, standing headroom throughout.
