Description
Popular Bruce King designed boat with wheel steering and five sails in a rare livaboard slip in Newport Beach which may be transferable. (The owner does not live aboard). Survey and bottom paint done in August of 2002.

Accommodations and Layout
The interior is in good condition and there is at least six feet of headroom in most of the boat. Although some of the interior cushions may need repair it is very clean and has no boat or head smell. The current livaboard owner who is very sensitive to mold steam cleaned the entire interior when he moved in late last year.
There is a v-berth and head forward and a salon with settee, convertible dinette, quarterberth and L-shaped galley. A brand new head has just been purchased and is the process of being installed. There is a new wall-mounted stainless steel cabin heater. The galley has a three burner CNG stove with oven, a stainless steel sink with manual water, a refrigerated ice box which runs on 12 volt and 110 volt service, a microwave and a coffeemaker.

Electrical
There is a 110 volt AC system. The wiring was recently inspected and repaired as needed. There is a 12 volt DC system suppled with power by two deep cycle marine batteries with selector switch. A shore power cord supplies power to the 110 volt AC system and to the 30 amp battery charger.
Sails and Rigging
Sloop rigged with double spreader keel stepped aluminum mast. There are three headsails and two mainsails all in good condition. The standing rigging was professionally checked and tuned in June of 2003. The lines appear to be complete and in good condition. Primary winches are Lewmar # 40 two speed. The mast was recently removed, and new windvane has been installed and new wiring was run for the windvane and lights.
Deck and Hull
The bottom was painted in August of 2002. The diver reports that the bottom is in very good condition. There is a nice cockpit dodger as well as a lot of additional canvas covers, boom tent, etc stored under one of the berths. Ground tackle includes two Danforth anchors (bow and stern), a heavy duty bow roller and lots of rode.
Engine and Mechanical
Powered by a reliable Atomic 4 engine which has been very well maintained. Maintenance records are available from both the current and previous owners. A thorough tune-up and inspection was done late in 2002 which included a valve job, new fuel pump and a new carburetor as well as the usual points, plugs, etc. There is also a new bilge pump and and new engine compartment blower.
