Accommodations and Layout

Sleeps a total of five. The onwer's cabin is forward and down with an enclosed head, hanging locker and V-berth. There is ample storage and drawers beneath the V-berth. The salon has a galley and settee to port and the lower helm and dinette to starboard. The dinette converts to a double berth. Large windows all around provide lots of light and ventilation. Headroom is 6' 3" and there is a nice parquet floor.

The cockpit is large and wide sidedecks provide safe and easy access to the foredeck. The upper bridge deck is also large and has seating for six.

Deck and Hull

The hull appears to be in good condition. The teak deck is in good shape and there is more than enough wood remaining for sanding and refurbishing. The exterior teak is not varnished and has been left natural for many years, but has been maintained.

Included with the boat is an almost new 10 foot Avon with a 5 horsepower outboard engine. Other features include

Engine and Mechanical

Strong economical six cylinder Ford Lehman diesel engine. The engine uses about four gallons an hour. The engine has been well-maintained. In 2003 all the injectors as well as the injector pump and filters were replaced and the fuel was polished.
