Description

Traditional full keel cutter-ketch with lots of interior mahogany and a teak cockpit. The deck is new epoxy non-skid. In great shape in and out. The nicest Mariner 36 to come on the market in a long time...won't last!

Accommodations

Forward is a private owner's cabin with a large centerline double berth and a roomy ensuite head with a shower and sink to port. The salon is very spacious with a dinette to port and a settee to starboard. It has beautiful mahogany cabinetry and a wood burning heating stove with Charlie Noble. The L-shaped galley is to port just off the companionway. There is a pantry cabinet to starboard, and a navigation station and quarter berth further aft.

The interior is in excellent condition with lots of warm traditional and decorative mahogany, mahogany floors, a brass lamp over the dinette, mirrors and other appointments.

Galley

Three burner propane stove with oven, refrigeration, double deep stainless steel sinks, hot and cold pressurized water system.

Electronics

Garmin 38 GPS, Uniden VHF, digital fathometer, knotmeter, compass, AM/FM stereo cassette, 13" television.

Electrical

110 volt AC system and 12 volt DC system. Battery charger and shore power cord.

Deck and Hull

She is a fine cruising boat with a full keel and traditional styling, including bow sprit. The decks have been completely reworked using epoxy with non-skid surface. All the teak has been left in the cockpit for the warm traditional feel these boats are famous for. Boarding ladder, man overboard pole, propane BBQ.

Sails and Rigging

Ketch rigged with clubfoot staysail and roller furling on the headsail. Spare jib. Masts are painted Sitka spruce. Forespar reaching pole. Primnary winches are Barlow self-tailing.

Engine and Mechanical

Reliable four cylinder Perkins 4-107 diesel. 35 pound CQR plow and 18 pound Danforth. Manual windlass.
