Accommodations

Vee berth followed by head to starboard, next is the main salon that features a full width folding table that also folds up against the bulkhead to offer a large social area. Galley to port and a quarter berth to stbd.

Galley

50 lb ice box, pressure water, gimballed (2) burner alcohol stove.

Electronics

Pearce Simpson 10 channel VHF, Signet knotmeter, Signet Depth (inop), Tiller Master autopilot.

Electrical

12V and 110V systems with circuit breaker panel, (2) 85 amp batteries with a Dytel 10 amp automatic marine charger. New wiring in 98.

Deck and Hull

The custom folding dinette table also converts the salon into a full width berth. The starboard settee pulls out into a double berth if prefered. The head is an electric Monomatic w/holding tank (8 gal. approx). Brass clock, barometer, hygrometer. An old ships lamp (brass). All coast guard equipment, dishes and flatware. Full set of manuals and many, many spare parts. Magma rail mounted BBQ. Tiller steering.

Sails and Rigging

Fixed forestay with roller furling behind. 150% Genoa on roller has tear and needs repair, Main w/2 reef points, whisker pole, Harken mainsheet traveler, adjustable Genoa cars from the cockpit, (2) #16 Barlow winches.

Engine and Mechanical

2 cylinder Volvo with low hours since overhaul and shows excellent care. Simpson Lawrence manual windlass w/bow roller. 25# CQR anchor on 40 ft of 5/16" BBB chain and 300 ft of 1/2" nylon rode. There are (2) additional Danforth anchors.

Additional Comments

Bottom was painted in 98 and no blisters reported. The upholstery was all replaced in 99 including cockpit cushions. A new dodger, bimini and lee curtains were added as well.
