A small cruiser with a three cylinder Westerbeke diesel engine, wheel steering, dodger, GPS, autopilot, refrigeration, roller furling and tabernacle masts.
Over 2500 of these boats were built in England where they are well-known and have a great reputation. They consistantly sell in Europe for between $20,000 and $25,000. Owner is asking $12,000 and is anxious to sell.

Accommodations and Layout
The boat sleeps around five. There is a V-berth forward and two quarterberths aft which sleep a total of four. The salon has an L-shaped dinette with a removable table which could be used as another berth. The dinette is to port. To starboard is a galley with a sink, a new Oringo two burner alcohol stove, and an electric cooler installed under one of the seats. The head is a "pass-through" which is between the V-berth and salon and is equipped with an Electro-San sanitation system. The two windows on each side of the salon are large and provide great visibility and lots of light. The V-berth and head each have two smaller windows and there is an overhead hatch in the V-berth. Head room is about 5'9".

Sails and Rigging
Ketch rigged with aluminum masts and booms. There is a Harkin roller furler on a short bow sprit. The headsail and the mast are tabernacled. Because of the bowsprit we are assumming that this boat is a "tall-rig" and may have more than the standard 294 square feet of sail area.
Deck and Hull
The unique feature of this boat is the shallow draft double keeled hull. Although makes the boat a little slower it is great for shallow waters such as the Delta, Carribean or Cheasapeake.
The boat has wheel steering, manual and electric bilge pumps, a plow anchor and aluminum Fortress anchor with chain and rode. The dodger is in decent shape but the zippers need replacing.
Engine and Mechanical
Powered by a 25 hp three cylinder Westerbeke diesel. The engine is freshwater cooled. The engine hour meter shows 550 hours, but the rebuilt engine was reportedly installed about 180 hours ago. Full engine instrumentation including water temperature, oil pressure, tachometer and amp meter. Single lever throttle/shifter.
