As one steps below, there are quarter berths both port and starboard, with the navigation area directly forward to port, and forward to starboard is the L shaped galley. The salon features settee berths with pilot berths above. The enclosed head compartment is forward to port and opposite is a hanging locker. The forepeak has a removable V berth and forward is the chain locker. There is a teak and holly cabin sole. The headroom is 6' 3".

There is a Sharp microwave in place of the traditional stove/oven, and a single deep stainless steel sink. There is adequate storage throughout the galley.

New Nexus sailing instruments have been installed aft of the mainsheet traveler on the cabinhouse. There is a Sitex loran, Garmin GPS 75, ECA VHF, Jensen stero and a Sharp TV.

There are 12 volt and 110 volt systems with two batteries and a portable battery charger.

The mast and boom are custom built by Riegler Marine in 1996 featuring a very straight forward two spreader rigwith internal halyards and haydraulic backstay adjuster. All control lines are lead through sheet stoppers to four two speed Lewmar winches on the aft edge of the cabin house. Rigging was replaced in 1994. The traveler for the mainsail is just forward and raised. There are Harken adjustable genoa cars with turning blocks, running backstays, and the primary cockpit winches are Lewmar 55 three speeds with Lewmar 43 two speeds as secondaries. Hydraulic backstay adjuster, manual boom vang, rod rigging and a Tuff-luff double groove headstay system. Sail iventory includes main, #1 genoa, #2 genoa, #3 jib, staysail, 4 spinnakers and a drifter. Several other headsails may be available. All sails made by North or Ullman. Spinnaker pole.

The updated eliptical rudder is tiller steered. Fresh bottom paint in April 1999.

There is excellent access to the popular Yanmar diesel just under the companionway steps. The CF 37 is a very popular racer/cruiser that is an excellent performer in a variety of conditions both locally and offshore.
