As you come down the companion way your galley is to starboard and a quarter berth to port, followed by a chart table and electronics, moving forward is the Dinette and settee/berth, an enclosed head to port and hanging locker to starboard, and V-berth.
Galley
The galley is a standard design with single stainless sink, new propane stove and 2 new 6 gallon tanks, cold plate refrigerator new in 99, and Magma BBQ.
Electronics & Navigation
All new VHF radio, GPS, Ritchie bulkhead compass, color TV/VCR, CD player with new speakers inside and out, new nav station, Signet wind velocity, directional and boat speed, new Navico auto pilot, new 6-8 gph watermaker.
Electrical
12V system w/ 3 batteries and automatic charger, All new navigation lights, custom SS tower for solar panels, radar reflector, shorepower system for 110V w/interior outlets.
Deck and Hull
Ground tackle includes 40l bs CQR with 50' chain and 350' line, new windlass, stern anchor with 50' chain and 350' line, new liflines, splash canvas, dodger, safety netting and sun shade, all lines led aft. Hull was barrier coated in 99.
Sails and Rigging
All standing and running rigging new in 98-99, new main sail, fully battened, new 135% head sail, new 185% cruising spinnaker, 2nd spinnaker, 2 jibs, and drifter, new roller furling system, new boom and boom lift.
Engine and Mechanical
Engine was replaced last year with 25hp Universal diesel, new 3 blade prop, fuel tanks removed and cleaned in 99, full size emergency tiller at base of pedestal and wheel,

Additional equipment includes new head and holding tank, new bug covers for hatches, new water tank, all lockers freshly painted.This is a well maintained, well organized vessel by very experienced cruisers who are looking for a larger boat.
