1976 Fuji Ketch
Specifications
Description
MAJOR PRICE REDUCTION AS THE SELLER WANTS HE SOLD ASAP.
The Fuji 32 was designed by John Alden as an offshore cruising boat and built to very high standards by Fuji Yachts of Japan. In addition to having lovely classic lines with her clipper bow, the vessel is a stoutly built and sea kindly cruiser with a modified full keel and a cut-away forefoot for good windward performance. Fuji yachts have a great reputation as practical, reasonably priced passage makers.
They're also renowned for their beautifully finished teak joinery and a unique bronze worm gear direct-drive steering system, as well as being more reliable than a conventional cable-and-quadrant system, the mechanism is a work of art in and of itself.
"Sunshine" has been maintained to the highest standards and she shows very well both inside and out. She should be considered a must-see for anyone in the market for a capable and reasonably priced classic full-keeled cruiser.
Accommodations
The master stateroom is forward with a very large V-berth. The hull sides are insulated with foam and fully lined with teak staving which gives the yacht a warm nautical feel. The private master stateroom is forward and it features a large V-berth. There is a hanging locker to port in the master stateroom and there is a door that provides direct access to the head on the starboard side Moving aft the enclosed head to starboard feels large for a yacht this size. The main salon has two opposing settees with a centerline table. The galley is in the aft port quarter with a navigation station and a quarter berth across from it to starboard.

The galley is well equipped with excellent storage options and work space. It is convenient to the cockpit with plenty of light and ventilation.
