Description
Classic Motor Sailor design from Islander. The Freeport series was Islander Yacht's top of the line product. This vessel has been repowered with a Yanmar diesel and numerous recent upgrades.

Accommodations
This Islander 41 Freeport is a cutter rigged, center cockpit, ketch, motorsailor. The salon is situated amidships between the forward and aft stateroom. There is a standup walkthru to the aft cabin. Both staterooms have private heads with ensuite showers. The forward cabin is layed out with a large vee berth, hanging locker, and multiple storage drawers and cabinets. The aft cabin has an athwarthships double berth with transom windows, a chart table, a private entry from the cockpit, and an outside sink and full length mirror.
The galley is situated in the salon and is equipped with a propane stove/oven with a saftey soleniod switch, a Norcold stand up refridgerator/freezer built in, a deep double stainless steel sink, microwave, and ample storage drawers and counter space.
The engine room is spacious allowing one to access the ships systems for routine maintenance. There is teak and holly flooring throughout the cabin. The cabin is raised in the salon giving the salon area outstanding headroom and light. The interior boasts a generous amount of teak trim, a trademark of the Freeport series.
