1977 Columbia 8.7

Clean example of a Columbia Yachts 8.7 sloop.  She is an Alan Payne design, well known for her wine shaped transom and flat sheer.  She has a modified fin keel with a partially skegged rudder.  Well equipped with FWC Yanmar Diesel, Wheel, decent sail inventory, newer furler, teak floors, gas stove, and many other upgrades.
