Avon 11'2' rigid-bottom 2000 model/Tohatsu 18 HP outboard/both practically new condition. Avon mounted on transom davits for ease of launching. Generous sail inventory: Furling genoa in excellent shape; 2 mains/good; asymetrical spinnaker/good; 5 other racing sails. Ground tackle: 33# Bruce with est. 300' 1/4# high tensile chain; 2 spare anchors with 2 rodes of 1/4" chain, 5/8" nylon aft. Maxwell 800 electric windlass. Bilge pumps: 1 electric; 1 manual. Standard safety equipment including 406 EPIRB.

Enclosed Head

Enclosed head forward of main cabin on starboard side with shower. Warm teak interior with louvred doors/hatch overhead for good circulation.

Central companionway leading to main salon with generous double berths to port and starboard aft. Single settees port/starboard in main salon w/ shelving behind. Central counter running fore and aft with multiple drawers and easy access to engine beneath. Stove/oven located in center counter.
Navigation station on port side with all nav instrumentation easily visible and organized. Stereo system with interior and on-deck speakers. Forward of main saloon: Attractive, large locker/cabinet to port with enclosed head on starboard. Very generous forward V-berth with excellent anchor/line/chain stowage.
