Grand Banks yachts are made for those who understand that cruising dreams come true and with Lady Clare all your dreams will be fulfilled! Starting with the comfortable V-berth forward to the aft master stateroom with ensuite head and stall shower. From the aluminum mast to the flybridge to the dinghy davit and the fully Fiberglass decks, Lady Clare has it all!

Accommodations

Everything about the Classic layout has been designed to enhance the cruising experience. Starting with the forward stateroom that is complete with V-berth, head, shower, hanging locker and an abundance of drawers and shelves, making it a comfortable, livable area.

Moving aft, you'll find that dining, entertaining and relaxing couldn't be more enjoyable when you and your guests gather in the salon. The salon offers wonderful views all around through the large windows and there is easy access to the wide side decks through the port and starboard doors. For privacy, there are appealing custom designed window shades for all the windows. There's a nice L-shaped settee in custom upholstery with a yacht table at the aft starboard corner. The table can be lowered and with the mattress insert converts into a nice double berth. The lower helm and bar cabinet with storage are immediately forward of the L-settee.

Directly across from the lower helm, to port, is the in-line galley followed by an entertainment center with beautiful custom tile on the counter. All the way aft is the spacious and private master stateroom featuring two twin berths, with under berth storage, separated by a five drawer bureau and an access hatch to the aft deck. The master cabin has plenty of storage cabinets and a hanging locker as well as a head with separate shower stall. The interior has been wonderfully crafted in the GB tradition of teak creating a warm yet elegant feel.

Galley

The portside, in-line galley was recently updated with custom tile counters, stainless steel double sink, three burner Princess propane stove with oven, microwave and Sea Freeze refrigerator with freezer.

Description

The Grand Banks 42 Classic is regarded by many as the perfect "cruising lifestyle" boat and the semi displacement hull design and a full keel has been proven on waters around the world. The spacious salon provides a comfortable relaxation or entertainment area, with additional dining facilities around the teak yacht table (a Grand Banks trademark). There is a fully equipped galley to port and a complete helm station to starboard. Another known Grand Banks standard is the beautiful teak joinery which they are known for all over the world.
