Vee-berth with ensuite head/shower plus a large hanging locker and drawers is forward. Salon and galley are up and feature a lovely sofa, high-low folding table, rattan chair, brass lamps, clock, barometer and book shelves. Galley is to starboard and the entertainment center and icemaker are to port. The huge aft-cabin has a large double bed to port with another hanging locker. Dressing table is center aft and there is access to aft deck. The head has a small tub/shower combination.

H/C 12v Jabsco pressure water pump and accumulator tank, double stainless steel sink and a garbage disposal and separate drinking water spout, 4 burner Galley Maid propane stove/oven with pot holders, built-in Sharp microwave and a top and side loading ice box with a new 12 volt Norcold SCQT 6800 refrigeration, and U-line icemaker. New hot water heater.

Lower Helm: Standard VHF, Sitex C787Cloran, Impulse 360 depth sounder, Datamarine speed and distance, and Furuno 1621 Radar, Emerson 10" TV/VHS, Realistic AM/FM Cassette player.

Flybridge: Garmin GPS 180 chart plotter, Standard VHF, Cobra 21CB radio, Datamarine speed and distance, Gentron GMI-M7 video depth and fishfinder, Krako AM/FM Cassette player and intercom.

12v/110v system w/circuit breaker panel, 8-6v golf cart batteries with Lewco 1220 acd automatic charger and selector switch. Westerbeke 6 KW generator with 500 hours. New inverter. Two 12v Jabsco heads with macerator pump, Jabsco 18580 bronze bilge pump, Rule 1500 bilge pump, Benmar auto-pilot, Fireboy automatic Halon engine room extinguishing system, Ideal 12v windlass with protection panel. Judson engine synchronizer and Dytek water temp.

Heavy lay-up semi-displacement, traditional trawler. Very large for a 40 footer due to the thirteen foot, eight inch beam. This vessel is in excellent condition and does not show her age. The teak decks have just been re-conditioned. There are access doors on both sides of the main cabin along with dock gates. The fly-bridge is huge as are the after deck and fishing cockpit. A rowing dinghy is stored in chocks on the afterdeck and can be launched with the steadying sail gear. The swim step is teak and holds the inflatable dinghy. Bottom was painted last summer, there were no blisters at that time.

Twin Ford Lehman engines with fifteen hundred and seventeen hundred hours. Borg Warner velvet drive transmitions both engines have bronze raw water strainers and Racor FF 1,000 fuel filters. The gen-set has a separate raw water strainer and Racor fuel filters. The engine room is clean and recently painted all the engines show no leaks or corrosion. All through-hulls have been recently replaced. The oil has just been changed in all engines, and the shaft logs have been repacked.
