Description
A Classic sailor in excellent condition, thoroughly maintained in and out. ALthough rarely used by the owner it is professionally serviced and inspected every year and was upgraded about five years ago. A beautiful, well-made boat boat with classic lines and good sailing performance. Features include a six man liferaft, inflatable with outboard, autopilot, dodger, spinnaker, roller furling and set up with lots of cockpit and deck winches. PRICE REDUCTION!!!
Accommodations and Layout
The interior is nicely done. The upholstery and curtains were completely redone a few years ago. The ports were replaced at the same time. There is a lot of wood throughout, as well as teak and holly floors, creating a warm, comfortable feeling. Headroom is about 6' 3".
Forward is a cabin with a v-berth separated from the salon by a solid door. There is a large overhead hatch and lots of nice wood. Storage includes a cabinet and five drawers to port and a cedar-lined hanging locker to starboard.
The head is just aft and to port. There are two doors, it can be entered from the forward cabin or from the salon. It is good-sized with a shower. Across from the head is another hanging locker. Aft of that is a nice liquor cabinet with leaded glass doors and a small counter with four built-in drawers below.
The main salon has a galley and settee/dinette to port. The seating is L-shaped with a large double-leaf centerline table. To starboard is another long settee and the navigation station. When both leafs are open diners can us both settees. The backrests on both settees can be lifted. The cushions extend into the area behind the backrests so when the backrests are lifted two double berths arwe created. Aft of the settee to starboard is the navigation station and a quarter berth with CNG storage in overhead of berth.

Sails and Rigging
Sloop rigged with Harken roller furling genoa and Hood roller boom. Stainless stell rod rigging. Hydraulic backstay. Extra sails include a new Hood 100% jib in bag and a spinnaker in turtle with an aluminum spinnaker pole. Winches in the cockpit include two Barient 32 Hi-Lo two-speed self-tailing winches, two Barient 28 two-speed self-tailing winches and two Barient 23 Main sheet self-tailing winches. There are an additional seven Barient 27 self-tailing on the fordeck.
The rigging and winches are professionaly inspected and serviced every year.
Deck and Hull
The deck and hull are in very good shape with nice LP paint. The forward overhead Lewmar hatch is new. All the port lights port and starboard are new as well. Other features include a large anchor locker, stainless steel bow and stern rails with dual covered lifelines and two entry gates and pedestal steering with guage pods and a 32” destroyer wheel.
Engine and Mechanical
Powered by a Perkins 4-108 diesel with fresh water cooling and Racor fuel/water separator. Engine hours are unknown. In the last fifteen years 209 hours have been recorded, most of which were done by the company that sevices the engine every year and runs the engine regularly as part of their maintenance program.
Additional Comments
Additional features include a six man liferaft, an Avon Redcrest inflatable with oars and engine mount, a 2.5 hp Nissan outboard, a transom-mounted stainless steel swim boarding ladder, a lifesling with man overboard pole and a stainless steel barbeque.
