1978 CHB Trawler

Much new has been done to this boat and shows in excellent, cosmetic condition!   New inside and outside paint, new cushions, new canvas, new electronics just to name some of the recent upgrades done to this vessel. 

The venerable 34 CHB is unquestionably, the most popular small trawler ever produced. Their popularity is due to the huge interior volume offered by a 34 foot boat. They are sought after to this day as live boards or weekend condos on-the-water. They are very economical to operate if traveling is your choice. This vessel is powered by a legendary Lehman 120 HP diesel engine that only consumes about 2.2 gallons per hour while cruising at about 7 knots.

 This vessel was built by Chien Hwa Boat Mfg. which today is the same yard that builds the highly respected Kady Krogen line of yachts.

Accommodations

Entering the Main Salon via the starboard side door immediately brings you to the lower helm station and helm seat. You will also see an L-shaped settee/dinette with a hi-lo, drop-leaf dinette table across to port, for additional guest sleeping, this can readily convert to a double berth. Opposite, on the starboard side is a fully equipped in-line Galley. Moving aft; The aft master stateroom is down from the salon and boasts a double berth portside and an abundance of storage via lockers and drawers on the starboard side and an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. Moving all the way forward through the main salon is the forward guest stateroom. It sleeps two persons via the V-berth and there is also an en-suite bathroom as well.
