Description
This vessel is not cruise ready in it's present condition. With a new owner, lot's of love, and some money, she may turn out to be a great cruising sailboat. This is a one owner boat, ordered from the factory(Hull #27). She was cruised through the Panama Canal, and up the East Coast, then trucked back to Ca. Engine
- 3 cyl 40 hp Isuzu diesel
Tankage
- 2 Fuel tanks one is 40 gallons the other is 35 gallons
- Fuel tank switching manifold, with dual filters
- The 40 gallon tank has a leak, it needs to be fixed or replaced
- The raw water exhaust has a hole in it and needs fixed/replaced
Other Tankage
- 80 gallons of water in 3 tanks
- Bladder holding tank, but is not connected
Hull & Deck
Hull and Deck are in good condition, could use new paint on the deck.
- Manual windless, but needs work to make it operate properly
- 35 pound plow anchor
- 65 pound fisherman type, stored below in two pieces
- 300 feet 5/16 hi-test chain
- 500 feet 5/8 braided anchor line
- Has the optional push-pit and railing
- Teak decks and interior, needs work but good condition
- Dodger needs to be replaced, but the frame is excellent condition

- Needs to be recharged and the filter/driers should be replaced (Comes with gages and freon required to do the recharging)
