Description

Popular "Plan B" layout with pullman berth and fold-down transom gate, Perkins 4-108 with only 400 hours, inverter, autopilot, radar, brand new sails, new bottom paint in August of 1999.

Accomodations

This is the popular B plan layout. As one steps below, there is a navigation station to starboard with the galley opposite to port. Forward of the galley is the dinette with a fold out leaf table that also converts to a double bunk, and opposite to starboard is a settee which folds out to a double bunk. The pullman amidships berth is to port, with locker storage opposite to starboard. Forward is the large head compartment with shower and additional storage. There is a lot of light throughout the interior with large cabin house windows and deck hatches. Headroom is a generous 6 6.

Galley Equipment

Double S/S sinks with pressure water, Technautics mechanical freezer/refrigerator with timer, Gas Systems three burner propane stove with oven, microwave oven and icemaker and excellent storage.

Electronics and Navigation Gear

Robertson 3000X autopilot, Raytheon 20X radar, Uniden VHF, Standard Horizon wind speed/direction and two depth sounders, one mounted on binnacle (reported inoperable) and aone below. Binnacle also has a Garmin GPS and a Ritchie 5 compass. There is also a stereo cassette deck.

Electrical System

12 volt and 110 volt systems with a Heart 1000 watt inverter/charger. Cruising systems amp hour monitor and four new (6/99) series 27 batteries. Two alternators (70 amo and 130 amp). The boat was rewired in 1996.

Sails and Rigging

Sails are brand new (UK). Mainsail with stackpack and lazy jacks, 150% genoa with Harken roller furling and a cruising spinnaker (flasher). Lewmar ST primary two speed 44 winches, single Lewmar ST 42 two speed on the cabinhouse, Barient 22,18,10 on the mast and boom. The standing rigging was replaced in 1995 and the mast and boom were repainted in 1999.There is a spinnaker pole and manual backstay adjuster.

Deck and Hull Equipment

35# Delta bow anchor with 200 of 3/8 chain and 200 of rode with an electric windless mounted in the flush deck anchor locker. 12# Danforth stern anchor with chain and 150 of rode. Full dodger with attached cockpit awning, Magma barbecue, lifesling, outboard motor lift, cockpit table, and the popular transom swim step. Hauled out 8/99 with fresh bottom paint and renewed cutlass bearing. (The boat had complete blister repair in 1993 including rebuilt rudder/rudder post).

Additional Equipment

Completely rebuilt popular Perkins 4-108 with only 400 hours. New 40 gallon holding tank with macerator pump. Exclusions include fishing rods and the clock and barometer.
