Description
Aboslutely perfect from the chromed anchor to the piece of varnished wood that holds down the batteries. Same owner since 1983 who did nothing but work on the boat. Like new. Twin direct drive engines, upper and lower steering stations, autopilot, radar, GPS. Newport Beach slip available with the boat.

Accommodations and Layout
Very nice, comfortable well-maintained interior with about six feet of headroom throughout.
Forward is a v-berth. To starboard is a third fold-down berth so the forward cabin can sleep one single and a double for a total of three people. The entrance has a solid wood door for privacy. There are also two openings in the bulkhead (see photo) which opens up the forward cabin and adds a feeling of spaciousness to the entire boat. Both of these can be closed with wooden doors as well.
Further aft is the dinette to port and galley and head to starboard. The galley has a Norcold refrigertator, stainless steel sink and a two burner alcohol stove. The head is set up for a shower.
Further aft and up two steps is the salon with the lower steering station. The helm is to starboard. To port is a sofa which folds out into a bed. Visibility is very good.

Deck and Hull
The hull is clean and well-cared for. The cockpit is varnished teak and in excellent condition. The flybridge has a helm seat and a bench seat for two more. New canvas cockpit and flybridge covers.
Engine and Mechanical
Twin direct drive eight cylinder engines. The engines have close to 2000 hours, but a complete maintainance record since 1983 is available which gives great confidence that these engines have been well cared for and have a lot of life left in them.
