Pride of ownership shows in this well cared for boat. Upper and lower steering stations. New stand-up cockpit enclosures add a lot of extra exterior space. New carpet in the salon. This wide beam gives you a lot of space for 31 feet. The engines are freshwater cooled, have V-drives, and have been professionally maintained. The interior was completely modernized in 1996 and more updgrades were made in 2002. A really nice boat for the money.

Accommodations and Layout
The interior was completely redone in 1996 and now has a very modern look. The old 70's styling has been completely updated and the boat looks like new inside with lots of wood accents and cabinetry.
Additional upgrades in 2002 include new carpeting, new CD player, new TV with VCR and DVD, and wood trim around the cabinets.
Sliding glass doors enter into salon which is at cockpit level. The upper pilothouse has a sofa which coverts to a queen to port and the lower helm to starboard. There is also a fold-up table. Headroom is 6' 2". Forward and down is the galley to port with the head to starboard. The head includes a shower. Forward is the V-berth which is huge and has extra thick cushions.

Deck and Hull
Full cockpit and flybridge enclousures. New flybridge upholstery in 2002.
Newly tinted windows and some covers. Danforth anchor and chain. Swimstep and ladder. Outriggers. This is a great starter boat.
Engine and Mechanical
The engines, although registering high hours, have always been professionally maintained, and run great. Freshwater cooled. V-drives. Bennet trim tabs. The current owner is very conscientious and keeps everything in top condition. He replaced the exhaust manifolds and risers in 2002 as well as one alternator and the raw and fresh water pumps. One of the V-drives was also recently replaced.
The current owner purchased the boat from the original owner (who ordered the boat from the factory) in 2000. At that time he replaced all the through-holes and through-hole valves, put in new batteries and a new steering cable, had the shaft struts remounted, the props reworked and balanced, and a complete engine service including new belts and hoses.
Additional Comments
Hot water heater 6 gallons new in 2000. Dinghy negotiable.
