1978 Uniflite Convertible

The owner of this vessel has passed away and the Trustee of the Estate is looking for serious offers on the boat  in "AS/IS WHERE IS" condition.

This boat is in below average condition and will require a significant amount of work and expense to the new owner to bring it up to acceptable standards. There is a 6 year old survey which showed the condition of the boat at that time, which is available.
 My observations show at a minimum the vessel's generator is not operational, marine stove should be replaced and probably the refrigerator as well. Upon further inspection I am confident there will be other needed repairs and replacements. The electronics need to be updated. Cosmetically the boat will require attention. Presently there is some diesel fuel and oil in the bilge. The survey shows some nickel to quarter sized blisters.
 The engines appear to be in running condition. A sea trial was done and they performed as expected.
