Description
Two owner boat. Mexico veteran with all of the amenities needed for cruising of liveaboard including heat and air conditioning. Good electronics, outriggers and bait system. The decks have been completely redone with non-skid fiberglass. Salon upholstery, galley counter tops, refrigerator and stove top have all been replaced in the last few years. Includes dinghy, outboard engine and electric davit.

Accommodations
Sleeps four in master and guest staterooms. A large master stateroom is aft with an enlarged double berth and its own head, tub and shower. There is plenty of storage with a hanging locker, storage under the berth and a full wall cabinet on the starboard side. A separate companionway provides access to the aft deck and two large opening windows and two nonopening windows provide plenty of light and ventilation.
The main salon has nearly new upholstery, a teak parquet floor and over six feet of headroom. A large settee with fold out table is to port with the galley and its new counter tops to starboard. Just forward of the galley is the lower steering station with complete electronics. There are two entry doors, one on each side, and one is next to the helm which is a great feature when sailing shorthanded.
Down and forward from the salon to the forward cabin with its large v-berths, private head and lots of storage.
The boat has central heat and air conditioning, nearly new upholstery and new foam mattresses throughout. Everything is in excellent condition.
Galley
Galley is to starboard with nice stainless sinks, counter tops with lots of storage. Conter tops were replaced two or three years ago The well hidden three burner propane stove with oven gives plenty of counter space and the stove top is new. New AC/DC refrigerator. LP gas safety auto shut off switch.

Deck and Hull
The teak decks have been removed and replaced with non-skid fiberglass, greatly reducing maintainance and the risk of future deck problems. Some teak accents have been left. The bow sprit and stainless railings were all replaced a few years ago and the boat was repainted with Sterling LP. The hull bottom was completely stripped to fiberglass and repainted in 1999. Electric windlass. electric davit, swim step and ladder, wood mast replaced with aluminum. All bright work freshly done. Complete window canvas. 6 Rod holders and bait system. New 3 sided eisenglass enclosure for the flybridge in 1999. New outside cushions.
Engine and Mechanical
Ford Lehman 80 hp engines have always been used and maintained to the fullest. Rebuilt steering 1999. 4 new oil coolers in 1999, heat exchangers in 1999 and lots of spare parts as a cruising boat should have.
Watermaker 8 gph with fresh water flush (needs servicing). Newer electric heads.
