1979 Custom Ketch

       "WHY NOT" was started being built by its first owner in 1971. After 8 years of construction, she was launched! This is a heavy duty vessel!  Made of ferro-cement with a welded rebar form. Powered with a Detroit diesel engine( Locked Up, Not Running), this could possibly be a "go anywhere" vessel. She has worked out very well as a live-aboard for the current owners, and maybe for the next owners too. This is a very unique vessel, that may require a unique buyer. • Engine is NOT RUNNING, but it has been made ready to be removed and sent out for a rebuild. It was to be sent to PC Industries and I do have a cost estimate for the rebuild.

• I do have an estimate for the replacement of the rig by SeaTek.
