Description
All new electronics in 2001, as well as inverter and ten new batteries. Other new items in 2001 include stove, refrigeration, prop, rigging, lifelines, water heater, througholes and new upholstery. The boat was equipped for cruising but plans were changed. Cruising gear includes new (2003) Airx marine wind generator, (3) New(2003)solar panels w/solar boost, liferaft, EPIRB, generator, New (2002) Avon 9 foot RIB dingy with 5 HP Tohatsu outboard and a new (2002)11.5 foot Avon dingy with 20 HP Mercury outboard. New roller furling on head sail and electric in-mast roller furling on main, rebuilt engine, New (2002)full cockpit enclosure and mizzen sail cover.

Accommodations
This boat sleeps six in three staterooms. The spacious owner's stateroom is aft with an athrwartships queen berth, a private head with a shower and tub, a very large hanging locker, vanity and even an L-shaped settee. Guest cabins are forward. One is a a private cabin with a v-berth all the way forward. Aft of the forward cabin and to starboard is another private cabin with upper and lower berths, and there is a head with shower to port. The forward head is electric and the aft head is vac-u-flush.
The salon is very open with two settees, lots of warm wood and mirrors, a liquor cabinet and bookshelves. There are large windows on three sides.
The wraparound galley is aft and to starboard and separated from the salon by a breakfast bar. The navigation station is to port where there is also a pass through to the owner's cabin. In the pass through there is a U-shaped dinette.

Engine and Mechanical
The Perkins 85 hp diesel engine was rebuilt in May of 2000. In 2001 a new prop, shaft, stuffing box and cutless bearing were installed, new thru holes, new transducers, new raw water intake strainer.
