Deck and Hull
The unique feature of this boat is the large cockpit. The forward half has the lower steering station and seating and is enclosed on three sides and overhead. This provides inside-like protection while giving the aft portion of the cockpit a wide-open feeling. Visibility at the lower station is actually very good, which is not the case on many other boats. The two front-to-back seats in the sheltered cockpit convert to two very comfortable beds. The area can also be completely enclosed with a canvas cover. The aft portion of the cockpit is set up for fishing with two bait bags, two bait tanks and six rod holders. There are also outriggers and eight flybridge rodholders.
Other features include swimstep, dingy davits, a remotely operated spotlight, anchor/chain with windlass, Halogen cockpit light, and complete canvas including bimini top, flybridge cover, stern curtains and cockpit cover. The flybrige has the upper helm with two seats plus a bench seat. New bottom paint 10/29/99.
Engine and Mechanical
The boat was repowered with brand new engines and transmissions in 1989 by the current owner who has all the maintenance records.
