Accomodations

This is a great livaboard or a wonderful Catalina boat. She is open and airy with good light and visibility. The main cabin is spacious and comfortable, and there is a very large head. Forward is a v-berth with double hanging locker to starboard. To port is entrance to large head which has sink, vanity and mirror in one section, and a separate, large sitdown shower area further aft. Toilet bowl is under bench in shower area. The head can also be entered by a second door from the main salon. Forward in the main salon, across from the head is additional storage including another double hanging locker. The main salon has a long settee/berth to starboard, a large centerline drop leaf table, and a long settee to port which converts to a double berth. Further aft to port is a U-shaped galley. Opposite to starboard is a forward-facing chart table with a quarterberth further aft. Interior wood is in great shape. Teak and holly floor.

Galley Equipment

U-shaped galley with three burner propane Hillerange stove with oven, double stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure water and a manual foot pump, large under counter storage including the ice box.

Sails and Rigging

Roller furling, 130% and 150% headsails, main, spinnaker and spinnaker pole. Sails and rigging are in good condition. Primary winches are #27 Barient self-tailing.

Deck and Hull Equipment

Unique transom door with built-in steps swings out and down for boarding, giving the advantages of a modern walk-thru transom, but because it folds back up, none of the disadvantages while under way. Another unique feature is the large companionway entrance with hinged doors and low step for easy access. Both the companionway doors and the bulkhead have windows, an unusual feature that adds to the bright open feeling of the salon. Exterior wood is varnished and in excellent condition. Nearly new Pathfinder diesel and transmission. Four anchors, BBQ, man overboard pole, radar reflector, safety equipment.
