1980 Kelly Peterson Cutter Rigged

This 44' cutter rigged sailboat was designed by Doug Peterson and built by Yu Ching Marine Co. LTD. in 1980.

The layout: Forward and moving aft, is the chain locker followed by the v-berth cabin with hanging locker and ensuite head with shower fixture. The salon follows with convertible dinette to port and is followed by the galley.

To starboard is a settee, navagtion station, and pasageway to the engine compartment and master cabin. The master cabin has a double centerline berth, hanging lockers, and ensuite head with shower fixture.

Up and out, from the salon is the center cocpit with pedestal steering aft and all necessary engine controls and instruments. This boat is very clean and shows pride of ownership. . Recent survey 9/2006
