1980 Litton Sedan Trawler

This 41’ trawler design is very open inside and on top. Flybridge dimension is 14’x25’. Open flybridge layout for new owner to design their own custom seating layout. Anchor, anchor chain, two life rings and life jackets included. Back and sides of flybridge deck covers cockpit with Europa style to add more comfort when overlooking the water. Older stainless steel propane cooker mounted at stern rail. Forward deck has new non-skid. Teak is aft deck.
Nice double sliding doors from cockpit into the salon and galley. Good wood joinery in places. Large windows surround and show the spaciousness of the interior. Has propane stove. Norco band DC/Propane refrigerator freezer needs replacement. Great seating space in salon with nice folding pedestal mount wood table. In need of new cushions. Parkee flooring.
Has bathtub shower in head. The wall of the second cabin was removed to create one large main stateroom with large storage drawers added. Good natural lighting.
Original engine has 553 original hours. Ford Lehman diesel 120 hp 6.22L model 6D380. Motor starts right up. Batteries about one year old. New smart charger. Bilge appears dry. No mildew smell in area of bilge or other areas of the interior.
This is a project boat. Owner and his wife are out of state and looking to enjoy retirement there. Not able to get down to boat as often as they would like to finish her off.
