1980 Rival 32

This boat was purchased one year ago and has an out of the water survey available. The new owner painted the bottom, serviced the engine, replaced the prop and shaft, and replaced the isinglass. Circumstances have changed and the boat is priced for a quick sale. 

The Rival 32 is a 31.83-foot (9.7 m) monohull sailboat designed by Peter Brett and built by Marine Construction Ltd. in the UK starting in 1971, with approximately 200 units produced. It features a fin keel with a skeg-mounted rudder, a masthead sloop rig, and a fiberglass hull, offering a comfortable interior with a forward V-berth, saloon, galley, and navigation station. 

This Rival 32 is powered by a rebuilt Beta Marine diesel engine with low hours, it is very well equipped with updated standing rigging, radar, AIS, satellite phone, and many other upgrades. 

The Rival 32 is known for its stability, seaworthiness, and classic design, making it suitable for both coastal cruising and offshore passages.
