JUST LISTED AND WILL SELL QUICK!!! This motor yacht is a must see!!! Features 310 HP GM 6-71N (naturally aspirated) diesels, air and gen. Very nice condition. Has a walk around queen berth in the aft stateroom, traditional teak paneling in the salon, a U-shaped galley down with dinette opposite. Fly-bridge and main deck stations equipped for cruising. Wide sidedecks allow for secure passage around the house. Roomy aft deck with hard top and enclosure. The modified-V hull has a relatively wide 15' beam with sharp entry, a well flared bow, hard chines, and underwater exhausts. a long deep keel and deep rudders aid in tracking. The salon has 6' 5" head room . aft cabin has walk around queen berth. The guest cabin is forward, both with private heads. Galley down to port with opposed dinnete. This vessel was just hauled (11/09) and bottom painted, and both cutlass bearings were replaced.

Accommodations and Layout

OVERVIEW: Sleeps 4 owners and guests in 2 staterooms, plus 2 settee berths for a total of 6 berths. There are 2 owner and guest stateroom including I guest head and I guest shower. VESSEL WALKTHROUGH: There is a V-berth forward with storage beneath the berth, a closet to starboard, an overhead hatch, private head to port, and a privacy door leading aft. The forward head has a vanity with sink, Vacu-flush marine toilet, shower, plus storage for toiletries. Aft to starboard is the dinette which seats four comfortably. Across to port is the galley with an RCA full size refrigerator with separate freezer, Litton microwave, 3 burner Princess stove with oven, double stainless steel sink, plus storage for food and dishes. Up three steps to the salon with two lounge chairs, a convertible sofa, newly refinished teak, storage lockers to port and starboard, built-in TV, Magnavox VCR, and Spintide washer/dryer combination. Aft is the master stateroom N6th a centerline double bed, large hanging locker with double door, a small closet, storage cabinets and drawers to port and starboard plus a private owner's head with Vacu-flush marine toilet, vanity with stainless steel sink, and a separate stand-up shower.

Deck and Hull

This is a very comfortable boat with an enclosed bridge deck for the lower helm with a hard top and real doors to and from the side decks. There is carpet and headroom is about 6' 2". The eisenglass panels on three sides can be removed to open it up on warm days. There is plenty of room for deck chairs and socializing.
The flybridge and upper helm are enclosed with canvas and eisenglass. The helm seat is a bench seat with room for two, but there is room behind the helm seat to intall additional seating if desired.

The hull is a modified V with a sharp entry, a well-flared bow, hard aft chines and underwater exhausts. A long fairly deep keel and deep rudders aid in tracking. The sidedecks are quite wide and provide easy access to the foredeck where there is bow bench seat. There is a swimstep and a boarding ladder on the transom.
