Description
A warm comfortable, well equipped motorsailer. This yacht has been set up to cruise in all weather conditions with ease of handling including roller furling on all sails. Excellent visability from the pilothouse helm station to port and a bench settee to starboard.
Ford Lehman 120hp diesel engine and with 600 gallons of fuel in two fiberglass tanks providing a range of 2,000 miles under power, your horizons are unlimited.

Accommodations
The entire interior was varnished in 1999. The master stateroom is forward with private head, shower and queen size walkaround bed and double hanging lockers. Further aft there is a galley to port and a curved dinette to starboard, and aft of that is the pilothouse which has the helm seat to port and a bench settee to starboard with storage below and behind seat. Further aft and down two steps are two guest cabins and a head and shower. The cabin to port has a single berth, the one to starboard has a double berth. There is extensive storage throughout, the interior is all teak, and the large pilothouse windows create a nice, open feeling. There are starlight hatches at the stern berths as well as prisms in each berth and head.
Galley
Crosby triple plate 110 volt AC refrigerator/freezer with top and front loading boxes (new stainless steel liner was intalled in 1999), double stainless steel sinks, fresh water hand pump, hot and cold pressure water, three burner electric stove, built-in microwave. Three level top-loading storage and teak door cabinets behind sink and stove.

Sail and Rigging
All sails are furling and were serviced by North Sails in 2000. Sails include the main, staysail, genoa and gennacker. Harken furling on the foresail and mainsail, Furlex on the staysail, two self-tailing winches in the cockpit, stainless standing rigging, aluminum spars were painted with Awlgrip.
Deck and Hull
Bow pulpit with rails, side stanchions with double lifelines, bimini top, fenders and lines, navigation lights, spreader lights, electric Lofrans Tigress windlass with switches in the pilothouse, 45# and 60# CQR anchors with 400 feet of 3/8" hi-test chain and 150 feet of rode. The teak decks were removed along with teak toe rails, stantions and other hardware. Two layers of glass were laid down and painted with Awlgrip, with griptex on the nonskid surfaces. The toe rails were then rebedded and stainless stantions and hardware were installed. Two laminated beams were also installed under the deck for additional strength. The cockpit still has teak decks with bright trim accents and has two lazarette storage lockers. Exterior teak has been varnished. New bimini in 1999, full boat awning, canvas covers for rails, winches and hatches. New plexiglass installed in all opening hatches in 2001.
Engine and Mechanical
Strong 120 hp Ford Lehman engine has a range of over 2000 miles with two 300 gallon fuel tanks. New watermaker in 1999. Two 16K BTU reverse cycle air conditioning/heating units. Racor 500 filters for both the engine and the generator. Fuel tanks are fiberglass with electric fuel pump for fuel transfer and to separate Racor 900 filter for fuel polishing.
