The Contessa 26 has clean traditional lines and a modern, high-aspect ratio sail plan, making her a contender for single-handed ocean racing. Rebuilt Yanmar diesel in September 2010. Interior Layout
The Contessa 26 has an efficient off-shore capable layout, with a V-berth forward and pilot berths aft. An enclosed head has a 20 Gal holding tank. An alcohol stove, galley sink and icebox will handle a week in the islands or a crossing to Hawaii.
