1981 Hatteras Convertible

Three staterooms and two heads with stall showers, air conditioning, entertainment center, all the conveniences including washer and dryer, lots of fishing gear, 15 KW Onan generator and 12 KW Northern Lights generator new in 1999, 12 foot dingy with 7 hp outboard, Avon cannister 6 person liferaft, 1/2 tower. Engines are 8V92TI Detroit diesels, starboard engine was rebuilt in September of 1998 (700 hours) and port engine was rebuilt in May of 1999 (200 hours). Boat had major renovation in 1998/99. Lots of new equipment, electronics as well as new upholstery, carpeting, countertops, etc.

Sleeps six owners and guests in three staterooms, with two heads, both with stall showers. Air Conditioning. The MASTER STATEROOM is below deck amidship starboard with twin berths, TV, VCR, carpet and private head. GUEST STATEROOM is to port with upper and lower bunks, and carpet. The second GUEST STATEROOM is forward with upper and lower bunks. Guest staterooms share head with stall shower. The GALLEY and SALON are up with an entertainment center with TV, VCR, stereo, cassette deck & CD player. New L-shaped settee with tackle storage below, high/low coffee table, club chair. The dinette has new Corain table and new vinyl cushions. In May of 1998 the interior was renovated. New items include the entertainment center, upper galley teak cabinets, the L-shaped settee, high/low table, teak magazine rack, Corian countertops, sink and dinette table, all new matresses and covers, new window coverings in staterooms and heads and new custom lighting. Air conditioning system was rebuilt in September of 1998.

Galley up. New items in May of 1998 include Jenn-Air two burner cooktop, and Monogram microwave convection oven. There is an upright refrigerator/freezer, U-line icemaker and trash compactor. Washer and dryer are in companionway below. All new countertops, fabrics and cabinetry. New 12 gallon water heater and new fresh water pump in September of 1998. Decor is light blue/green with white Corian and teak.

48 mile Anritsu radar, Trimble NavGraphic GPS with chart drive, Sea 156 VHF and Furuno weatherfax all new in the spring of 1998. Other electronics includes Polaris VHF, Raytheon V860 color sounder, Kenwood SSB radio, Raytheon loud hailer, Robertson 200 autopilot, Sandpiper knotmeter, Dytek 100 temperature guage, AM/FM radio with cassette deck, Glendinning engine synchronizer, Class C and Class B EPIRB's.

15 KW Onan generator and a 12 KW Northern Lights generator new in 1999 with 100 hours, six 8D batteries new in July of 1999, both alternators were rebuilt in July of 1999, 40 amp battery charger, dockside electrical cables. DC system is both 12 volt and 32 volt, AC system is 110 volt and 220 volt.

COCKPIT has Lee fighting chair, Pompanette outriggers and center rigger, four built-in tuna tubes with 1/2 hp motor (new in Sept 1998), new live bait tank (Dec 1998), swim platform, new freezer (Dec 1998), engine room entrance, tackle center, cockpit controls, freshwater and saltwater washdown systems, nine recessed rod holders and five rocket launchers, new cockpit combing padding (Sept 1998), new indirect lighting (May 1998), new covers for seats, console, dingy and fighting chair (July 1998), and new Bowmar seal and deck hatches (July 1998). FLYBRIDGE top was rebuilt and extended 38" (Aug 1998), new fabic, venturi, carpet and cushions (Aug 1998). New instrumentation in the spring of 1997. Two Pompanette pilot chairs, 1/2 tower.

ENGINES are 675 hp Detroit 8V92TI diesels. Starboard engine was rebuilt in September of 1998 and has 700 hours. Port engine was rebuilt in May of 1999 and has 200 hours. Four new turbos (both enignes) in September of 1998, new port and starboard exhaust also in September. Oil transfer system with 60 gallon tank. Other equipment includes 350 gallon per day watermaker (new membrane in 1999), Racor dual filters, two bilge blowers, four bilge pumps, bilge and engine systems alarms, low profile electric davit, 12 foot Achilles dinghy with 7 hp Nission ouboard, Avon cannister six person liferaft, Galley Maid electric windlass, anchor with 300 feet of chain, USCG safety package. EXCLUSIONS: Owner's personal effects, all fishing tackle and gear, tools, satellite telephone.
