Description
A very clean classic in good condition with beautiful teak interior. Accommodations and Layout
Full teak interior in great shape. The salon has about 6' 4" of headroom, teak and holly floors throughtout and a very open feeling. There is a couch to port and two chairs, a table with a TV/VCR, and lower steering station to starboard. The visibility from the steering station is excellent. There are large windows on all sides and doors on both sides as well as a door to the sundeck aft. Forward and down three steps is the galley. There is a dinette which converts to a double berth to starboard. To port is a tiled counter with double stainless steel sinks, a three burner electric range, a built-in microwave and an upright refrigerator/freezer. There is also a built-in Black and Decker kitchen unit mounted overhead with a coffeemaker, can opener and knife sharpener.
Farther forward is the guest cabin and head. There is a double berth, and large head with shower and electric toilet, plenty of room to stand and change with the door closed, a large hanging locker which could almost be called a closet, two opening ports, an overhead hatch and over six feet of head room.
Aft is the large owner's cabin with a walk-around queen, seven opening ports, an overhead hatch and an incredible amount of storage. Both walls are covered with drawers, cabinets, lockers and other storage. There is a large head with a tub/shower and electric toilet.

Deck and Hull
There is a sundeck aft with a nice hardtop. A transom door provides access to steps down to the swimstep. The sundeck is set up to accomodate a full enclosure. New enclosures were added in April of 2004.
Wide decks provide easy access forward. The decks are teak. There is an electric windlass and sampson post forward. The boat was taken to Mexico in June of 2004 to have the bottom done with the "good stuff" which will last longer than the paint used in California.
Engine and Mechanical
Twin six cylinder Volvo Penta diesel engines with 1400 hours. The engine compartment is very clean and the engines appear to be well-maintained. About four years ago $6000 was spent on engine tune-up/maintenance, including overhaul of the injectors and overhauling the cooling system. Regular maintenance (belts, fluids, etc) was done in June of 2004.

Logs for the boat are available for the two previous owners. The last owners were a marine captain and a harbor pilot.
