1982 Catalina

Catalina 25 with popular "pop-top". Sleeps 5+. Six horsepower Mercury outboard engine, autopilot, roller furling, stereo/cassette. The boat is in good shape (although the bottom needs paint), the engines runs, and the boat was sailed from Newport Beach to San Diego at the end of July. It has a fixed keel with a four foot draft. There is no trailer. The boat is currently in Dana Point but is being moved to San Diego.

We have not seen the bottom but are sure that it needs bottom paint. It has a fixed keel with a draft of four feet.

Sloop rigged with roller furling on headsail, sails are in good to fair condition. Running rigging was replaced about six years ago.

Six horsepower Mercury Yachtwin outboard engine in good shape (estimated to be a 1990 model) which will move the boat a 5 knots. Part of the throttle handle is missing but the engine can still be operated easily and the engine seems to run well.
