1982 Golden Wave 48 Sloop
Specifications
Description
The Golden Wave 48 was a Britton Chance design built by Cheoy Lee/Goldenwave. She is a beamy flush deck sloop with a long fin keel notched out to a skeg mounted rudder. She is considered a performance cruiser with a comfortable interior with plenty of accommodations for offshore cruising or racing. This vessel was painted in 2008 and has been lovingly cared for and equipped.
The unfortunate recent death of her owner left the vessel to the deceased owner's family who do not sail and have priced the boat to sell quickly. This is an exceptional deal for a boat of this design and as such will not stay on the market long. There is some work left to do on this fine boat but it is a rare offering for the money.
In response to the concern about the unknown condition of the below deck fuel tanks, the seller has decided to drop the price of this vessel $10,000 to compensate for the repair or replacement of the fuel tanks.
