Accommodations
Entering from the aft cockpit find the well equipped u-shaped galley on your starboard side. Across to port is well appointed nav station with bench seat and just aft is a good sized quarter berth. Forward again we have an extra large convertible dinette with abundant storage. Across to port is a large settee. Forward to starboard is the head which includes a shower, an Offshore Marine head and hot and cold running water. The foreward stateroom has a nice double berth as well a dressing seat and double hanging lockers. The entire interior is upgraded with warm teak paneling, two overhead Bomar hatches, and an abundance of bronze opening ports that along with the Heller cabin fans provide wonderful ventilation. A Webasto diesel heater, with its individual cabin outlets, also provides hot water. Combine this with 6'4" headroom and you have a wonderfully well equipped cruiser.
Galley
U-shaped galley is equipped with a three burner propane stove and oven, deep side by side stainless sinks with an added accessory electric water pump out feature. A top loading "Coastal 12" refrigeration system (new in 2000) with electric pump out for excess water. A Chopping block/waste basket combo unit. Plenty of well planned storage for food and cookware. Hot and cold water pressure with salt water foot pump. Hot water available from 110, engine and Diesel heater.
Electronics & Navigation
Speed distance log, Wind speed indicator, fathometer, Garmin 45 GPS interfaced to VHF radio and a plug for laptop computor. Horizon VHF radio with repeater at helm that gives GPS postion on readout. Autohelm 4000 autopilot (rebuilt 10/2000). New VHF antenna, new masthead mount stereo antenna. AM FM Cassette/CD stereo with 3 speaker area selector switches.
Electrical
Electrical system completely redone including mast (2000), at a cost of $3,000.00. AC/DC master power panel with AC and DC meters and circuit breakers. Polarity test and battery condition also factory installed. Heart Interface inverter with link. 4 house batteries and 1 dedicated engine battery with battery selector switch.
Deck and Hull
Hull color is dark blue with deck color off white with moulded in nonskid on decks and house. Bottom paint (2000). Cutter rigged and single hander, all leads to cockpit. Six Barient self tailing winches, with five being two speed. More than adequate mooring cleats and chocks. Bow platform with two anchors, 35# CQR and 25# deep set. Mast pulpits, teak dorade boxes with cowels. Stern chain locker with deck pipe. Inboard and outboard Genoa tracks. Unbelievable amount of storage under cockpit seating. Pedestal wheel steering with teak lift up table. Bimini top, dodger with new eisenglass and new full sun shade unit.
Sails and Rigging
New Boom Vang and new spreader boots (2000). Harken roller furling, Full batted mainsail with 2 reef points, new battens and pockets and new batt cars (2000). Standing rigging serviced and tuned (2000), all sails inspected and repaired as need by Ullman (2000).
Engine and Mechanical
Universal fresh water cooled diesel, with halon fire protection in engine compartment. Removeable 30 Gallon aluminum fuel tank. Racor filter with water seperator. 90 amp alternator (rebuit 2000). New cutlass bearing (2000). Major engine service (2000). New raw water pump with old pump rebuilt for spare. All new wire reinforced hoses. Fresh water system flushed and new filters and zincs installed.
